Everything. The hotel is beautiful, then the location is perfect, everything you need is around the hotel, from great restaurants to shopping centers, stores and malls, to salons and spas, everything. But to crown it all, is the staff. Especially, Ali. Ali, is an absolutely incredible human being. My brother and I cannot wait to be back.

great location, wonderful staff, well managed. breakfast is excellent but too pricy. staying here doesn’t make you feel electricity or water shortages

The location is a famous busy street where every thing is within a walking distance , the hotel parking is easily accessible and not expensive , breakfast was basic but fine , rooms are of good size and beds are comfortable , Staff are friendly and want to help in any way possible .

I have left my iPhone in the taxi (provided by the hotel) on the way to the airport. I desperately called the operator and the staff at reception and they kindly searched for it. I was so close to miss the flight but, thanks to their help, was able to have my iPhone back and come back to Dubai. Many thanks indeed
